Planned Parenthood - New Rochelle Center

I went to PP for the first time ever and I was extremely impressed with everything. From the friendliness to how helpful the nurse and doctor were. Everything was easy peasy and I felt super comfortable.

I went there today, I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes half naked on a bed. I decided to get dressed and leave. When I walked out of the room, the doctor and the nurse were setting down, they didn’t even say sorry! The doctor told me would you like to reschedule! How rude! Wasted 2 hours and 30 hours of my life!!

I have worked in the medical field and never turned people away. I got here a couple of minutes because it was raining and there was traffic. The receptionist refused to sign me in. Her and the medical assistant said they were short staffed and were not going to see me. Will not come back here.

I have no words to describe how happy I am for choosing this location. I was treated so well, I had my IUD removed and I got another one, I was so afraid of the pain, but everything was great. They listened to me, they calm me down, explained everything with patience, specially bc English isn’t my 1st language I was able to understand everything and I felt very welcome. Thank you, amazing staff

I had the opportunity to get an appointment at your location. The nurse that collect my information in the room was very professional. She introduced herself and varified me. I had her in Mount Vernon and now in New Rochelle. Very professional and helpfull. Thank you Ms KerryAnn W. Dr Kohl was amazing and professional, she listened and address my needs. Love the two professionals that helped me with my medical problem. Amazing place and staffs!

Although the staff is friendly, and courteous and the location is clean with less people. I had an appointment at 12:15pm. I arrived at 12:09pm and still have not been seen at 1:45pm. There is hardly anyone here. And 2 women who came in after me, went before me and my chart was not even in queue.This is disconcerning and frustrating as I came in for a procedure/checkup I have done plenty of times before in less time than this. I set an appointment up- I should be seen close to that appointment time-otherwise whats the point of an appt if its almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment and I still have yet to be seen. Ridiculous.----Regardless of my 1 time experience with waiting very long to be seen. I will always choose to come to this location 1st.

The staff is good! Tanya makes you feel at home. The wait was a little bit long but that was only because it was busy. Dr. Shasha was fast! I was done in 5 mins. She really listened and took my concerns into consideration.

Horrible horrendous service! I made an appointment for an online virtual visit. My appointment was at 10:30am. I stared at my computer for an hour and a half. I called 3 times to see what was the issue with my appointment. After explaining my situation to 3 different people. I was finally seen by the physician assistant. This was 12:15pm. Then Im calling to get follow up information. Im exhausted with the level of service. I guess Im not a priority since Im not going in for abortion services. Ugghhh. Ive always donated and stood up for planned parenthood. The way I was treated was horrible.

Excellent care. despite being very busy, all the staff was extremely kind from the physicians assistants to the doctor. i am so appreciative of the help they provided me. thank you so much!

Went there today: GREAT experience! It is a small, clean and overall nice clinic with very helpful, extremely friendly and personable workers. I will be definitely coming back whenever I need a womens doctor or any kind of service that they offer. Thank you!

I was recommended to go here for personal reasons but the nurses or receptionists or whoever picks up the phone that make appointments do not help when I was asking for help! I will stick to the regular GYN 🙄

Tania was very helpful and sweet. She gave me a homey experience. My doctor, Dr.Domingo was very useful and well mannered. I will be visiting again. Best experience I had with heath care in a while.

I came here and had to wait along time,staff is sooooo unprofessional.The only one nice one is the nurse practitioner with the color hair.The other staff members has very tacky behavior.

Made a appointment to be seen online, when I got there was told that they don’t have time for my appointment due to being late meanwhile no one is in the waiting room, this company only has time for you when you’re receiving an abortive services, not for when you’re keeping a child. Let’s not forget this is the manager who states they don’t have time for the appt I made. They close at 7pm and absolutely no one is in the waiting room.

Pleasant Staff, especially the triage nurse (tall young black lady) and the PA Sade. The PA was very patient, honest, and informative, while The triage nurse was kind, and friendly.

Since Dr. Kari is the provider care in this location. IT IS COMPLETLY WONDERFUL!!!Eeverything is in orden, the staff is so nice and sweet.

They are extremely unprofessional I called for 3 Hours straight at one point I decided to drive over there and called again while standing in front and noticed they just sat there while phone rung .

It was really good I love the service and they have a good worker I love how this worker help me with everything her name is Tanya orozco.

Bad customer service and rude

It is a place where I have stayed for a long time and I want to thank the receptionist Tania for her good attention, and very warmly to Andrea, she is always so nice and willing to make you feel at ease. I am glad to know that there are more people who speak Spanish. like dr. Sunday 😊 Thank you.
