ARcare Batesville (Vine)

This is an amazing clinic. The workers there have been there for years and they actually care and are so sweet. They do go thru providers, but the new ones are always great.

Normally very pleased anytime we visit any office..but Ive had issues with Sharon and have refused to be seen by here again..my 17 went in today has had a stomach bug all week. He called me so upset she was so mean and didnt seem to care n made him extremely uncomfortable..he asked for a note for today and 2maro n shr refused to give him one for 2maro..NEVER HAd a medical professional aprn so unhappy and uncaring. Hope a superior sees thus and tells to her about her manners and demeanor

Overall, it was a two hour wait— and that’s with getting scheduled for an appointment. To successfully work in an office setting, one either has the personality for it or doesn’t: the office clerks weren’t hospitable. The nurse was friendly and beyond knowledgeable; however, it took the doctor fifty minutes to see me once I was in a room, and she didn’t even share my test results with me.Update: I continued to feel worse for a few days after receiving antibiotics for strep throat. As it turns out, I am positive for COVID. So, it may be a good idea to test people for COVID in the future who come in with similar symptoms to help stop the spread of COVID instead of making it spread more chaotically. This is careless and unprofessional.

Very rude and undereducated staff. The front desk lady is cold and not really there every single time I come in. Do not recommend. Go to an actual doctor not this place.

The staff is fantastic. Every staff member has performed above and beyond to provide care for me and my family. The doctor and practitioner have always had fantastic bedside manor and are some of the hardest working folks I know. All in all one of the best clinics in Arkansas.

Love this place and the Dr.Easton and Nurses. its like family keep up the good work Vine St.

Great staff but the dr wouldn’t listen to what I needed to say and wouldn’t check my vitals or anything phone thing is horrible I tried calling and they picked up but hung up while I was trying to make a appointment 😡 I plan on going to Harrison street for now on

I absolutely love this staff, in person, but HATE trying to get in touch with them on the phone. They NEVER answer, and when they do they are not friendly in the slightest. Like I said, I never have issues once I arrive, but the telephone situation is rather pathetic and uncalled for.

Horrible Phone etiquette. I had to call at least 4 time before anyone answered. Asked for a specific person and she said their not here and rambled off numbers. First of all what is this number your saying. Turns out it is another number for the person.

Very poor at Answering phone calls. I called for a hour and still no answer. Ended up walking in.
