Margaret Mary Physician Center - OBGYN

Trisha is the absolute best. Ive seen a lot of OBGYNs over the years, mostly MDs, and shes the best Ive seen. She knows her stuff, she sits down and actually listens to you, asks questions, doesnt rush, and will give her opinion but let you make the decisions. I only wish I had found her sooner.

Dr. Housley & her staff are very helpful, professional and efficient. She has a great bedside manner & the office runs on schedule.

Dr. Housley at MMH is a wonderful OB/GYN doctor. She is explicit, caring, and helpful in every situation I’ve encountered with her. I highly recommend her services!

My wife had an appointment scheduled for today at 8:30 in the morning and when she arrived they told her they could not allow her in due to our 13 month old being with her, that they had visitor restrictions. She told them that first off he was her child and not a visitor, and that secondly no one had told her that she could not have him with her before the appointment. We had literally just been in the office two weeks before that for his appointment with no issues.They told her there was nothing she could do and that they had to cancel her appointment. She drove 30 miles for nothing and didnt even receive an apology. She spoke with their supervisor and once again no apologies, no understanding.Today marked the last day to use this center. It seems that now that they have more than enough patients they can simply turn away anyone they think is an inconvenience.30+ years of using them counted for nothing and I personally feel sad for any of the single parents in the area that they are sending away.

Leaving the practice after being here for several years. Having a problem that i frequently get and when asking for the doctor to call me directly being told by the office manager that they wont and shouldnt have to do that. I pay the doctor to be my care provider and if i have a problem or something concerning i should be able to speak to them directly. Very disappointing on how the office staff handled this and well the doctors them self are probably not aware that they are loosing thier patients. Dr hatcher and trisha them selves are fantastic but the office staff is what caused me to leave the practice. Especially with covid being a major issue and not being able to physically come in you would think that they would be able to at least talk to me over the phone. Being immune compromised and not having child care for my young son who is immune compromised as well i would have hoped for a better responce from the office manager in working with thier patients. Just cant put my family at risk and should not have to in order to get the help i needed. I had an appointment scheduled anyway but simply asked the doctor to call me before that directly over the phone to talk to me. I would have hoped for a better outcome from this office especially during a pandemic.

Dr. Brown is a good doctor who explains everything
